I honestly would of not left any piece of literature out or any topic . Everything we had read about or talked about in class always seem relatable to today’s society . The comparison to the Victorian Era was my favorite . Learning about Queen Victoria and how we got off her the traditional white wedding dress is something I would of never known. It is also good we learn about things during that time because we can compare how even thought it had been years ago history does seem to repeat it self . I enjoyed learning about the different topics and every other story we read .

Most stories with gothic monster were all men . In the stories you can tell the gender roles women had back then . They were not seen as much because most of the stories men took the roles . The interactions with male characters were not much either . Some stories did not have them play any role in them because they were not important and did not play main roles like men did . If they did they would have been under the male figure in the story .

If Twitter were to be around the Victorian era they would of not had chill for one another . Oscar Wilde would of definitely been a Twitter star. He would of been more open about his homosexuality trial and maybe been open about it . Probably would of put couple of people out for what they tried to do . Get him into jail and readied against him .i think Florence Nightingale would of also been a Twitter star for her trying to give herself the credit that she came up with the idea of having hospitals cleaner . I think they would of used the technology to give each other crap . I can just image prostitution with twitter being around . Many women would be messy towards each other and the women would work in that industry .

The way Dracula is describe is not the way I have thought about it . When I think of Dracula I honestly think of the character that plays in the cartoon movie hotel transylvania . He look nice and had a family and everything else it shows in the movie .Where Dracula does not suck humans for their blood but acts normal and has human like features . But here Dracula is description is like an animals . Describing hairy and just ugly . Jonathan Harker was not what I expect . He seem like he didn’t know what he was getting himself into . If he knew he was in a strange place you would think something is up but he did not .

To be honest right now vampires are seen just like humans . They are shows like vampire diaries that play humans that later become vampires and live and do things like a regular human would do . For us Dracula and vampires just symbolize that what ever they are being played it is most likely a scary story . We made them similar to us humanlike that they play both roles . They can be humans through out the movie or story and later become vampires and start acting like animals behavior . There is some movies and shows that have vampires that deal with being human and transforming themselves into these creatures . Twilight can be a prefect example of that

If I was to be invisible I think I honestly would be scared to use it . I over think things that I would not feel comfortable doing something that is not normal to do . If it was like a thing people would do then I would do it and I would use it to scared and mess with my friends and family . I would not use it to do things evil or any of that because I strongly believe that things like that are not things you should play with because you just enebro know . I’m big on YOU JUST NEVER KNOW WHAT CAN HAPPEN .so I would be so scared to use it to any evil thing. So I definitely would not use it to haunt any one .

One of the many mistakes that griffin made in the invisible man was that he did not think things through . He was so detrimento stay invisible that he did not think about simple things like sleep . He thought life way hard and went invisible . But end up finding out how he did not thing through because he was not going to be able to go to sleep . This made things way hard for him because he was going to go insane with out any sleep. He wanted to go invisible that he did not go through the scientific process .

Like hulk , Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde are characters that one of the other is stronger and takes advantage of the weaker one . Hulk turns out to be an average person who finds ways to turn himself into this monster and find out he can not control it . Same way with Jekyll . Hyde takes over and has more control but Jekyll wants it to stop because he can not control it . I think that it keeps reinventing it over again is because it can have different outcomes of the story and the characters . We see thing like Jekyll and Hyde in modern day superheroes and movies because they put superheroes into average people and make them into this unstoppable creature that can do more than an average human can .

A fictional movie monster that I can think of is the monsters that played in the mummy . When they are fighting in the deserts and all these monster appear to life it is scary . Hulk would be the more based on human emotion and problems . Even thought he is scary looking but not really a monster he has human features . The monsters in the mummy definitely scared me when I grew up watching it because what seem like the characters just being in the desert and all this monsters they had to fight had me scared and believe things like that could happen . I think we let movie monsters get to us because the victims fighting the monsters are humans so we can some what see other selves in things like that .

I think of like the movie ending because it was not what I expected . I expected for Pip and Estella to have worked out and have a happy ending and seen what was in store for them but it did not happen like that . I would of preferred that when in the movie Pip declared his love for Estella she would of thought about it made her self seem like she had to think about it but then go on to be with pip . In the movie pip declared his love for her twice . The last time when pip went to go see Miss Havisham and Estella seem some what convinced, she could of took the opportunity then and there to go and be happy with pip . In the movie she gave mix signals because it made me think she was going to be with pip even thought she swear she wasn’t in to falling in love with any one . But she kept her word and did not go with pip . She let pip go and honestly was hard watching because we all want a happy ending when watching romantic movies .
